this store has a great selection of Philadelphia teams and colleges. However. I accidentally bought the wrong size West Chester shirt for my daughter. So I had to come back last week and return it. When I walked in the door with the bag, the store manager rolled her eyes and snarled at me. When I told her I wanted to exchange Samantha said, “well then go find what you want then come up here” and continued to tell me how “returns hurt her numbers.” After that nasty remark I just about had it! I returned the shirt, got my money back, and I will never shop there again. I later that day purchased from a different website and took my business elsewhere. I have contacted customer support and nothing has been done! I will not purchase from a company who makes their customers feel this way. It’s a shame.
