My first time stepping into Anthony Ashley; & the vibe was a very warm, & peaceful one!
Briana was very friendly; & welcoming from the moment I walked through the door!
On many occasions she asked me if I needed anything etc.. making me feel very comfortable.
She certainly fit the description of what providing excellent customer service is like!!
She also took the time needed to really LISTEN to what I wanted done to my hair - ensuring me that I could trust her to get the job done; & She really EXECUTED!
She exceeded every expectation of mine!
Not only does my hair look BEAUTIFUL! It looks healthy, & vibrant!
I am very pleased with my new look!
