Cedar Crest College at 100 College Drive, Allentown, Pennsylvania.

When I began at Cedar Crest I did not realize it was an all womens college until my first day on campus. They did not market it that way at my highschool (handing out flyers to guys). It is the type of school to go to just to study and go to class.... not for a social life. Most of the students go home on the weekends or sit in their dorm rooms. They have some good student run organizations which was a plus. There is little time for them when you are a nursing student.
Being a nursing student at Cedar Crest you are out cast from the rest of the college by staying in one building for classes. I thought there would be compassion... (nurses are supposed to have compassion right?) ...compassion for their students and helping them excel. After pinning (NO GRADUATION) I did not receive one email or phone call asking how things were going. I know other nursing programs that do this and their students are thrilled about it. I felt like a number there.... just feeding them money to continue this education that doesn't stand up to what they say.
