I ordered on the go to this dunkin location for the first time ever. My order never showed up on their system, yet took money off my account and points changed proving it went through. Clearly, my first order on the go was not the best experience, however the store manager made it even worse. She was extremely rude and unwilling to discuss this. She didn't offer to me to come inside and talk she just stood there arguing at the drive thru with cars lined behind me saying "what is she still waiting for". She was completely unappologetic and it was the worst customer service. This is really unfortunate because it's near my house, so I go here frequently. Now, I won't be going there anymore.
